Daily Lunch Order Forms
Use the forms below to order lunch on a daily basis for your student.
Orders are due by 8:30 a.m. each morning. To cancel, please send an email to lunch@liahonaed.com before 9:00 a.m. Thank you!
The forms will be available at 1pm. If the form says it isn’t accepting submissions, try again at a later time.
The lunch schedule alternates between an “A” week and a “B” week. A schedule will be posted soon. If, for example, Tuesday (A) isn’t available, then it might be a B week.

Monthly Lunch Order form
After your order has been made, if you want to cancel your order for a particular day, you must send an email to lunch@liahonaed.com BEFORE 9:00 a.m. the day of the lunch you would like to cancel.
Please note, if a lunch isn’t cancelled for a day, you will be charged at the end of the month. We have to do this as we only purchase food that we have orders for.
The Monthly order deadline will be 8:30 a.m. the first school day of each month. For example: November, the deadline is Monday, November 4.
